Manual Printing - Print a File
Clicking on this button allows you to find and print any text file. You are given the option of deleting it after it has been printed (or emailed!).
Changing the Default Values changes the way that both Manual and Automatic files are printed.
Not All Email Clients work with DOS Printer. If no email appears, you may need to save the file as a Rich Text File and email it manually.
Outlook Express should always work. Others will vary You may need to set up an account in Outlook Express to send emails from DOS Printer, even if you don't use it for receiving them.
You don't need any other software to create a pdf file - DOS Printer has this ability built in!!
PDF Files are much smaller in size than RTF Files, so they are easier to email. They cannot be displayed
